1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of your order. For limited-edition or custom items, returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

Returned products must be in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (e.g., dust bags, care cards) intact. Products with removed or damaged (anti-counterfeiting) tags will not be accepted for return.

Products must not have any signs of use, stains, scratches, or modifications. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these condition standards at our sole discretion.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery:

Final sale items (clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page);

Items with removed, damaged, or tampered anti-counterfeiting tags;

Gift cards (digital or physical).

3. Return Application Process
To apply for a return or exchange, please follow the official process below to avoid delayed processing:
Submit a return request via our official customer service email, including your order number and specific return reason.
Wait for our official return authorization (RA) confirmation within 1-2 working days.
Repack the product completely and securely, paste the relevant return information, and send it to the designated return address provided by our team.
Submit your return tracking number to our support team for parcel registration.
Please note that unapproved return parcels without valid RA numbers will be rejected and cannot be processed for refund or exchange.

4. Refund Terms

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary by payment provider.

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product, defective product) or damaged during shipping.

5. Shipping Cost Regulations

Shipping fees for returns follow the responsible party principle:
Voluntary customer returns (no quality issues): The customer shall bear all return shipping costs, as well as any additional customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees generated during the return process. The original shipping fee paid for order delivery is non-refundable.
Responsible returns (quality/shipment errors): Our store covers all return shipping expenses and will provide a prepaid shipping label upon successful verification.
We advise customers to use trackable and insured shipping services for return delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels during customer-initiated return transit.

6. Defective & Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong style, size), please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a free return and either send a replacement (if available) or process a full refund, including shipping fees.
